Inter Milan are one of Italy's historically dominant clubs — 20-time Italian champions, three-time European Cup winners, and the only Italian side to have completed the continental treble (2010).

Founded in 1908 by a breakaway from Milan Cricket and Football Club, Inter defined the 1960s under Helenio Herrera's Grande Inter — winning back-to-back European Cups in 1964 and 1965.
